Justin Brash:
Mr Brash began making cocktails professionally in 1974 and before long earned the reputation as one of Sydney’s finest bartenders. He has served in a wide variety of hospitality situations from hotels, clubs, restaurants, nightclubs, cocktail bars and resorts as well as functions & banqueting.
Mr Brash founded Brash Hospitality in the early 1990s after repeated requests by long-standing customers to provide personal service to give their own celebrations that extra level of service.
Mr Brash also currently works in Sydney’s most beautiful heritage theatre - The State Theatre.
Justin Brash & other Brash Hospitality staff are holders of The Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (NSW)
